Do you guarantee authenticity?

Each item is professionally authenticated before it hits our site. We work with industry experts who are devoted to keeping counterfeits off of the resale marketplace, and we guarantee authenticity on every item we sell.

When will my order be delivered?

We ship all orders from our facility in Northern California within one business day.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders, with upgraded shipping options available at checkout.

Ground shipping generally takes one to five business days to be delivered within the continental United States. Please keep in mind that carrier delays are common during the holidays and other busy periods.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within seven days of delivery.

Please note:

  • A 5% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  • All items are shipped with a custom tag attached. Refunds will only be issued if returns are received in the condition in which the were sold with the tag attached.

Selling

When will I get paid?

Once we receive your item(s), you will receive payment within two business days.

How will I be paid?

We offer multiple payout methods, including PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and paper check.

When you accept a quote from us, you will select which payout method you prefer. Your payout will be sent according to this preference.
