Refund policy

We offer free returns within seven days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Returns must be requested within seven days of order delivery.
  • A 5% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  • All items are shipped with a custom tag attached. Refunds will only be issued if returns are received in the condition in which they were sold with the tag attached.
  • Upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be received within seven days of return approval. Items received after seven days can be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased at goldenstateresale.com. Orders placed via any other platform are subject to the return policy of that platform.

To submit a return request, please reach out via email at contact@goldenstateresale.com or follow the following instructions:

  1. Login to your account here.
  2. Select the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note.
  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label. Once your return is received, your refund will be issued within two business days.
