Refund policy
We offer free returns within seven days of delivery.
Please note:
- Returns must be requested within seven days of order delivery.
- A 5% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- All items are shipped with a custom tag attached. Refunds will only be issued if returns are received in the condition in which they were sold with the tag attached.
- Upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns must be received within seven days of return approval. Items received after seven days can be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased at goldenstateresale.com. Orders placed via any other platform are subject to the return policy of that platform.
To submit a return request, please reach out via email at contact@goldenstateresale.com or follow the following instructions:
- Login to your account here.
- Select the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label. Once your return is received, your refund will be issued within two business days.
